Automatic Raw Cashew Nut Grading Machine
Size before you shell
An automatic calibrating grader that sorts raw cashew nuts into uniform size classes, so every nut cracks the same way in the shelling machine.

The TTQ Raw Cashew Nut Grading Machine sorts unshelled raw nuts into consistent size grades using calibrated rotating drums or vibrating sieves. Uniform sizing is the single biggest factor in shelling yield: when every nut in a batch is the same size, the cutting blades can be set precisely, cutting breakage and raising whole-kernel output. It typically grades 500–2,000 kg/hr and feeds directly into steaming and shelling.

Built for yield & uptime
Precise size calibration
Interchangeable drums separate nuts into 6–8 tight size bands for accurate blade settings downstream.
Higher shelling yield
Uniform nuts mean fewer mis-cuts — more whole W-grade kernels and fewer broken splits.
Line-ready automation
Runs standalone or feeds the steamer and shelling machine automatically as part of a PLC line.
Low-maintenance build
Sealed bearings and a simple drum drive keep uptime high and service intervals long.
Model & capacity comparison
Every model TTQ builds for this stage, side by side. Pick by throughput and footprint — each links straight to a quote.
Raw cashew size-grading — models & lines
Rotary size sorters (by drum length) and complete calibration lines. Larger units sort more raw nuts per hour for even shelling.

Where it fits in the process
Grading is the first stage on the line. Raw nuts arrive here straight from drying or storage; the sized output flows into the steaming machine and then to shelling.
