FIG.2B // SCOOPING KERNEL OUT
PLC-controlled · TTQ built
What it does

The TTQ Cashew Scooping Machine assists extraction of the kernel from the cut shell after shelling. Once the cutting machine splits the shell, the kernel must be lifted out intact; TTQ’s scooping stations and tooling speed this up while protecting whole kernels, feeding clean kernels forward to borma drying. It is offered as operator stations and semi-automatic units matched to cutting throughput.

Why this machine

Built for yield & uptime

Protects whole kernels

Careful extraction keeps kernels intact after cutting for higher W-grade yield.

Operator or semi-automatic

Scale from picking stations to semi-automatic units as volume grows.

Simple, durable tooling

Purpose-made scoops speed extraction and are cheap to maintain.

Line-matched

Throughput is matched to your cutting machine so the line stays balanced.

On the line

Where it fits in the process

Scooping bridges cutting and drying — kernels lifted from the cut shell go on to the borma dryer while empty shell is routed to the burner.
